Autumn Nourish Bowl

Don’t you just love waking up in the morning with the whole day ahead of you? It’s a fresh, new day and a perfect time to set your intentions. Maybe you roll out of bed and head straight for your yoga mat or meditation cushion. Or perhaps you’re all about that morning cup of tea first thing. Whatever your morning ritual, there’s probably a moment when breakfast crosses your mind. This moment is a great opportunity to get off to a great start.

How you start your day is how you live your day…

There are lots of ways you can start your day, some that positively impact the rest of your day and some that really throw your mindset. One of the best ways to start the day, in my opinion, is with gratitude and good food. 

From bed to yoga mat, to kitchen. This is my morning ritual. A ritual that finishes with this nourish bowl for breakfast more days than not. It has become a kind of comfort food for me. This nourish bowl satisfies my hunger, my taste buds and my eyes. The autumn colours match the autumn mornings where we start to feel the cooler temperatures.

Looks as good as it tastes…

As always, my nourish bowls are dairy free and are made with Nakula Coconut Yogurt. This particular nourish bowl features a combination of nutritious nuts and seeds, although I have thrown in some banana chips for extra indulgence.

To make this autumnal nourish bowl, combine the following ingredients.

  • Coconut Yogurt
  • Raw, Unsalted Peanuts
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Banana Chips

You can be sure you’ll be left feeling satisfied. These nourish bowls with seeds and nuts are full of different vitamins and minerals to support our health and wellbeing, as well as protein and omega-3.
