We chase so many external pleasures and sometimes seek fulfilment beyond ourselves which can lead to our unhappiness.
If we pause in those moments we feel emotionally low or negative we are able to make a choice to nurture and nourish ourselves from within instead of seeking to fill that inner lacking with a temporary external fix.
We can raise our inner awareness and find that we are buzzing with great possibility and positivity within, fully feeling life within us and radiating that energy beyond us into every other part of our lives.
Beginning with small practices such as journaling and meditation, we can raise our inner awareness, create space in our minds and find relaxation within our bodies.
